My journey into dog walking began during my time working at an animal hospital. Clients would often ask if we had anyone we could recommend to care for their pets—and it got me thinking, I could do this! Not only did I have experience working with animals, but I also understood the peace of mind it brings to know your pets are in familiar, capable hands.

My very first dog walking client was a spirited one-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Osi. Shortly after, I began working with his friend—a sweet but cautious Swiss Mountain Dog named Gertie. She became my very first dog sitting client, and we quickly became close companions. That was back in 2010, and from there, things just took off.

Eventually, I left the animal hospital field to become a full-time dog walker and pet sitter. Every animal has their own personality, and I consider it a true honor to be their trusted caregiver.
